We are taking the health and safety of you, our clients and our staff seriously and wanted to provide you with the procedures and protocols we have in place to guarantee a safe salon reopening. 


November 2022 Update: Mask wearing is recommended as suggested by Ontario Health Ministry.
August 2022 Update:
As our waiting area is closed, please kindly arrive at the appointment alone. If you have someone waiting to pick you up, please kindly advise them to return once your appointment has ended.
June 2022 Update:
Face mask requirement is encouraged but not mandatory.

BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

We are ONLY accepting appointment request(s) on SQUARE APPOINTMENTS SITE and will not be booking clients in via phone, text, email, or Instagram. Appointments will be confirmed upon review. Please kindly wait for a confirmation text after you have made your appointment request. OUR GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE CONTACTING CLIENTS DIRECTLY TO RESCHEDULE AND CONFIRM APPOINTMENTS.

Our goal is to limit the number of people in the salon at any given time.

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

  1. Our new policy requires you to wear a face mask/covering at all times while inside our salon. If you do not agree to wear a mask/covering at all times, we have the right to refuse service.

  2. Arrive in clean clothing, with only your personal device and payment. (We ask you not to bring big purses/bags, please leave these articles in your vehicle)

  3. Arrive no more than five minutes before your booked appointment, as designated waiting areas will no longer be available. You will be asked to wait outside until your service provider is ready to serve you. There is a public seating area available for seating if are early for your appointment.

  4. To accommodate all of our clients we will be working on a tight schedule and will be booking extra time in between clients to properly disinfect surfaces.  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment for any reason, you will be considered a “no show” and will be charged in full for your missed appointment. Should you wish to rebook, you will be moved to the bottom of the waitlist.  

  5. Attend appointments alone. Friends, family members, children, and/or pets will be asked to stay at home.

  6. Please continue to adhere to our standard terms and policy for all appointments during this time.

Please review the following and perform a SELF-ASSESSMENT before your appointment.

ARRIVING AT YOUR APPOINTMENT

  1. You will be asked to perform a no-touch forehead/wrist temperature check and will be asked to answer a SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE before we allow access.

  2. You will be asked to immediately proceed to our hand washing station. It is advised to wash hands with clean water & soap for a minimum of 20 seconds. 

  3. Outside food will not be permitted in the salon. If you bring your own bottled water/hydration consumables during the appointment, please consume discreetly and put mask back on after each session.

WE HAVE MANDATED THAT ALL TEAM MEMBERS

  1. Wear a mask at all times. 

  2. Wash their hands, before and after every appointment.

  3. Clean and disinfect all tools with alcohol, plus UV disinfection before and after every appointment.

  4. Clean and disinfect their chair and station, before and after every appointment.

  5. Sanitize their hands throughout the service if they change tools or step away from their station at any time.

  6. Stay home if they are sick and/or not feeling well.
