Cancellation Policy

Your reservation can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time 48 hours prior. Any cancellations and rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours, same-day cancellations, no-shows, or late arrival of more than 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment will be charged the full cost of the service.

Your appointment can be transferred to another person to take your place in order to avoid the cancellation fee. Please note that when transferring a reservation within the 48 hours window, the originally booked services cannot be changed. Please contact us regarding any changes.

The cancellation fee for services that include nail art design and removal service(s) will each carry an additional $15 (nail art design) and $25 (removal) charge respectively to the base price of the service(s) booked. This is to reflect the additional time expended for the total service time.

Please note the cancellation policy is still in effect for appointments that are made same-day and/or within the regular 48-hour window. Thank you for your adherence.

These policies are set in place out of respect for our nail artists and client(s) as we have limited capacity and high demand. We carefully allocate time slots to each client(s) based on the specifics of their request. Last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill and prevent another client(s) from taking that spot. We want to continue to provide the high level of service that defines MU NAILS. Please help us do so by respecting these policies.

Late Arrival Policy

We will hold your reservation for up to 15 minutes. After that time, we cannot guarantee your reservation and it may be subject to the cancellation fee.

General Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious or have an open wound(s)/sore at the treatment area. Anyone with medical conditions that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services. We advise you to visit medical attention if you experience any related symptoms.

Disrespectful and argumentative individuals will be barred from future visits.

Please kindly arrive alone. Please do not bring guests, pets, or children.

Here at MU NAILS, we find it very important that both our customer(s) and nail artist(s) are happy and well taken care of. Therefore we suggest a minimum of 15% tip to ensure that our nail artist(s) are properly compensated for their time and hard work. In the event that a tip is not given, a 12% service charge will apply to the bill.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB or Discover logo and Interac Debit cards. We are cashless.
